• Direct + GuestPoints dual exchange model
• Verified member profiles with reviews
• $1M home protection insurance included on every exchange
• Annual flat membership — no per-stay fees

Why expats in Portugal love HomeExchange

Your apartment in Lisbon’s Príncipe Real, Porto’s Foz, or the Algarve coast is in HIGH demand on the network. That gives you outsized leverage — your listing is desirable, so other members are willing to host you in return. Use it for U.S. visits home (stay in a member’s home in your old neighborhood for free) or for European weekend trips. Annual membership cost is recouped on a single 5-night stay.
